I am also joining Nerdlution 15 on Twitter!

A Nerdlution is basically a resolution! I like that it is for 50 days and by then it is hopefully a habit! I haven’t done very well with my nerdlutions. So I think the problem is too many goals! I have 2 goals this time!

Goal 1: Drink less pop! Soda pop has been bothering me physically so this will be easier to do than in the past. I will have one soda pop a day or less. I am switching to water or flavored water the rest of the time.

Goal 2: Exercise 3 times a week! I really need to get moving to lose weight! I will do exercise videos at home for 20-30 minutes.

I’m looking forward to following everyone’s progress on their goals at #nerdlution15!

And just because I love this song! Happy New Year!

  1. Rain Reign is next up on my reading pile. I’ve heard so many wonderful things about it. Best of luck with your two #Nerdlution goals. I should probably make giving up soda one of my goals too. (Or coffee…or wine…)

  2. Niki Barnes says:

Thanks Jennifer! I started Rain Reign today and I am loving it already. I know. I should probably make giving up chocolate one of my goals….not going to happen! 😉

  5. I am so pleased you have chosen Gilbert Ford and my picture book bio on George Ferris as one of your “Must Reads” for the new year! Hope you enjoy it. I certainly had a good time researching and writing it. What is left out of the book is the original Ferris Wheel’s sad end. It was blasted and sold as scrap metal. What should still be an American icon – like France’s Eiffel Tower from their World’s Fair – is gone forever.
